For the first time Canada's capital city will host the Ice Cross Downhill World Series Season Finale on March 3-4, 2017 in Ottawa. All eyes in the country will be on the final showdown as Red Bull Crashed Ice joins Ottawa 2017, a year of celebrations in honour of Canada's 150th year as a nation. Athletes from around the world will gather to compete on a brand new track where Canadian favourite Scott Croxall will be looking to reclaim his title on the top of the podium.
The final race will feature a track built on the Ottawa Locks of Park Canada's historic and picturesque Rideau Canal, overlooking some of the most iconic views in Canada. Spectators will be invited to catch all the action on one of Canada's most famous locations next to Parliament Hill and Major Hill Park by the Ottawa River. The stage is set for a challenging competition where thousands will witness the fastest sport on skates to see who is crowned the 2017 Ice Cross Downhill World Championship title.
